Why do young women seem retarded? (Rajc halp)

30 something year old boomer here. Every time I interact with a woman in their late teens/early twenties they seem retarded and socially awkward. And some of them maybe 20 years ago I might of found cute have a weird looking face. Some of their facial features just seem off to me (pic below of an example). Is it food related, is it the internet? These broads seem like legit retards how can the 90/10 rule be a thing when women like this used to be outcasts? Help an old brah figure this chit out.
