anyone else just not care about life at this point? [srs]

since lockdown my life has just spiralled out of control

-my ex (mother of my 5 year old son) thinks this was brilliant timing to take me through court despite me having 50/50 custody since my son was 3 years old. not seen my son 4 months and nothing i can do about it.
-has made false assault and abuse allegations. ZERO evidence, ZERO police reports despite 5 years together, yet still have to go through months and months of delayed BS phone hearings. and because of covid the usual protocol isn't happening, there are no welfare visits, so i don't know how my son is being treated by this crazy bitch and her new partner (stranger she's on and off with for months).
-my mother is super close to my son and hasnt seen him either and is suffering. fukin hurts to see brahs.
-and i'm just left to suffer and try to deal with my family suffering and my bank account be destroyed for no reason, my lawyer has legit said their hands are pretty much tied and it will be delayed all year and i just have to deal with it lol.


i've given up on life at this point brahs... it just hurts because i've done nothing wrong and my son and mother are suffering. i don't know how long it's gonna be before i will snap.

UPDATE:

had a telephone court hearing, in a nutshell... she didnt have a lawyer, lied to the court, kept contradicting herself, broke down crying (clearly faking), said the past abuse allegations aren't a bar to contact and told the court my son misses me... lmao. but because the allegations are serious we still need to go thru the process, but i now get to see him fridays and saturdays, so i see him tomorrow. my lawyer did all the talking for me and did a great job. huge weight lifted off my shoulders, feelsgoodman. reyps on rc

it’s next level bro. we were gonna break up anyways but we only did in the end because I caught her starting the process of cheating. she abandoned our son for a full month after that ( he was confused asf ) and I still put my feelings aside and agreed to a fair custody plan thinking I was putting my son first...

he always hated leaving me and going to her as well, yet was happy af every time I picked him up. and he never talked about her, he mostly only talked about her dad ( his grandad )

she doesn’t have any real normal friends, but she became friends with one of my ex girlfriends and she was unfortunately toxic enough to go along with it (she was a genuinely nice girl at first with a good family too till I broke up with her).

lol the police still prob wouldnt do anything even if i pulled off a james bond sting operation. the situation is hopeless brah. and yeah i've been daydreaming about murder and other fukt up chit all day everyday srs, i had a really rough childhood where i had to experience some fukt up chit so it's not out the ordinary for me. but the love for him is making me just hang on cause if i just stay strong i will see him eventually. it's worse than a prison sentence just feel hopeless everyday.
