Which gym does she train at? I built a dungeon gym in my garage but I'm familiar with a few gyms in Ottawa - Movati, Goodlife, etc
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*

Ottawa brah here, looks like anytime fitness, def not goodlife and looks to small for movati, will go smell her angus and report my findings back to the misc

You can always spot the people with the most severe body dysmorphia by how
they always start their workouts completely covered up and will only show their body once they have a pump. Like some sort of grand reveal.

I don't usually wear a hoodie but in winter time sometimes my gym is kinda cold so I wear a hoodie until the blood is flowing and I'm sweating and hot. Definitely seems superior to just lifting in the cold in a t-shirt from the start.
