Odds my roommate gets evicted?

Never living with roommates I don't know after this...

Story: I live with random people in a large apt in Boston. Anyways we switched payment systems and I noticed a large outstanding balance so I asked my landlord about it thinking it was a mistake. Turns out one of my roommates hasn't paid for any rent at all since we signed the lease and she can't get evicted because of the covid bills. Keep in mind she works full-time.... is always late with utilities as well

If the govt extends the eviction bill again I'm going to lose it.... Her bf is also here everyday since he doesn't have his own place so it's like two people are living rent free.

Would rather spend twice as much on rent than living with random people again

Landlord was contacting female roommate multiple times and getting ghosted by her. In a city like Boston plenty of people sign leases from ******** housing groups. Not uncommon at all but I'm never doing it again.

I already talked to her about her bf coming over everyday but she doesn't give a ****. I'm really getting cucked over here

lmao, never happening, i had payments not go through for whatever reason and landlord/prop manager is freaking out blowing up my chit THAT DAY
