I'm sure it would convince most people.

I think the 'treatment' clearly hurts people's overall health more than the increased risk of disease would with the lockdowns.

An interesting solution could give at risk people UBI in exchange for lockdowns and free up the market for younger people. Then, no one would complain.

The virus doesn't care about that though. It will still spread around. Also, some younger folks DO die. It's rare, but it does happen.

Not wearing a mask is the most insane thing of all. You don't lose anything or even really risk anything by wearing one. Just pretend you're an elite commando or ninja and go about your day.

It's not about that, it's about the government not having the authority to mandate masks, shut down businesses, or tell you how many people you can have over your house.

The masks are just the easiest way to make a stand. I also dined in the last several weeks at my favorite places that defied the order and stayed open. Same with going to semi-large gatherings for holidays.

how? You have to know that statistically - getting a bad reaction to the disease is very low. And despite vaccines being safe, some people do have negative reactions to vaccine ingredients. And there have been numerous medications that went through full trials and deemed safe that we found out later, were not.

I have some N95s from a while ago for some paint work, but I am saving them for my dad in case SHTF. I wear surgical masks. I also have a reusable cotton mask. I'm wearing surgicals until I run out, and then I will switch to the reusable one. The surgicals are more comfortable.

Yeah some do, but it's really rare. Even rarer than dying to covid. This vaccine isn't a medication. Medications have tons of metabolic byproducts and consequences. The vaccine is really simple. It gets cleared from your body within a few days.

Rarer than the overall death rate, or say the current death rate in your age group with your issues? I understand why people would want to get the vaccine. I also get why other people would rather wait.

Point being, things that have passed full clinical trials and deemed safe have been wrong.

No. They aren't available for purchase anywhere or at least weren't last time I checked. Pretty much all N95s are going to the hospitals now.

Even the death rate in the age group. This is all addressed in the videos I posted. They recommend the vaccine for everyone, including children who basically don't ever die from covid. It's about reducing the spread. We all need to do our part. A critical number of people need to be vaccinated to attain herd immunity.

Look, I get why people want to wait. My initial inclination was to wait too. But after reading more about it and realizing what is at stake, I know taking the vaccine is the right thing to do here.
