Kyle Shanahan made Matt Ryan win an MVP and made an average QB like Jimmy G looks like a franchise QB. Seems like a pretty good coach to me.

Basically a team full of backups and people coming up from the practice squad lmao
49ers are easily a 10+ win team healthy. Jimmy G wasn't even the only guy that was out, their defense was dead most of the season.

Shweezy doesn't use logic though.

Yeah I know he's just baiting me, and I'm taking the bait, but it does need to be said

9ers were the most injured team this year. Not only Jimmy G but Bosa, Sherman, Trent Williams, ST, Dee Ford, Mostert, Deebo. They've been hit hard at pretty much every position this year

Injuries are part of the game but even winning 6 games while dealing with all these BS is something. Hopefully they fix whatever the issue is with their trainers / culture / whatever the reason is for these many injuries before next season starts

niners had like everyone injured on D and lost their starting qb

they are a win now team when healthy so I wouldn’t be surprised if they go all in on a trade for a guy like stafford vs reaching for a guy like trey lance

Why would the Lions trade Stafford?

Good thing injuries are priced into the spreads, which they went 7-9 against.

Sounds like a coach falling short of expectations.
All it takes is Mookie Betts, Steph Curry, and Joe Burrow all sitting in the same car in order for one drunk driver to make the world a significantly better place.

The Seattle Seahawks had 255 injury games lost (second most in the league) last year and finished 11-5 (would've been 12-4 if not for bogus officiating in week 17), won a playoff game, and covered a 5.5 point spread in GB. Only 49ers fans whose hearts pump kool-aid cling to this excuse.

Funny how their top offensive players (Wilson, Lockett, Metcalf, & Carson) missed a combined 1 game. At one point the 49ers were missing their top 8 offensive players in 1 game!!!!

But hey tell us how many games do you think the Seahawks win if Russell Wilson isnt playing.

Sometime the jokes just write themselves.

But who was context?

Just posting how many players got hurt doesn’t mean anything. Seahawks last year didn’t lose a single game from Wilson, Metcalf, Lockett or Wagner.

49ers might’ve had just as many injuries as the Seahawks, but fortunately for them they missed a combine 4 games from Bosa, Jimmy G, Kittle, Sherman, Deebo and Warner. This year, however, all of those guys have missed huge chunks of the season besides Warner. Dee Ford has barely played.
Horny.

Shweezy/YoungMetro doesn't use logic. He just tries to bait people cause he has nothing better to do. He is the same loser who use to have a Michael Vick cutout as a profile pic and now he as a fake profile pic instead.

So what we’ve learned from this thread is that Pete Carroll > Kyle Shanahan.

Losing Ed Dickson (3rd string TE) and Jeremy Boykins (backup DB) for the season is equal to losing Jimmy G (Starting QB) and George Kittle (All Pro TE)

Thank you, I learned a lot.

49ers defense is 6th in DVOA. This is on a team that leads the league in quantity and quality of injured players. What a trash take.

Shanahan has missed the playoffs 3 of 4 years.

Carroll has made the playoffs in all but 2 seasons as a HC of the Seahawks.

Seems pretty cut and dry to me.

To be fair, they've both blown 10 point leads in Super Bowls as head coaches. I'll give you that.

4 nfcgs and 2 superbowls in 5 years, without a great qb....yeah, no. doesn't have to win a SB to be a great coach. Reid didn't win one until he got Mahomes. Beli w/o Brady, etc.

Yet he's in the SB twice in the last 5 years... many HC's are fired before they can even make the playoffs.
