Officially turned natty pro

Some of you know that last year late Sept I won the National overall title in classic physique. After that, qualified for pro status.

Card finally came today. Even though the card is lack luster in all aspects, proud of the achievement

ffs lost my reply ! GRR - basically: 2x per week training (full body, two different splits), diet is counting calories with making sure I get enough protein in my diet. Macro ratio irrelevant. Why frequency so low on training ? Because I train intensly and I'm sure busy

Would you recommend I do full body? I'm intermediate. What's your routine

Edit: thx ^

Edit #2: I thought you meant you train body parts twice a week. Your entire split is 2 days and you're pro? Lmao. Damn.
Thank you habibi.

I think it ALL works. Do you find training fun ? And are you some what (over time) improving ? You misunderstand dear friend. I trained bro split from 2007 until 2013. 2014 to 2017 I did powerlifting style training with some accessory movements. 2018 my son was born. I didn't have time for the gym BUT fortunately that doesn't matter. 2 to 3x per week is more than enough so long as intensity is there. You see, when you become advance, volume becomes the enemy and intensity becomes your friend. Example. I do 1 top set for compounds and 2 top sets for isolation. WORKOUT A: squat, bench, rows, db ohp, rear lateral db raise, inclinde db curl, leg curl. WORKOUT B: deadlift, strict ohp, pull ups, incline db bench, db lateral raise, skull crushers, leg extensions. Is it optimal ? I don't know. But I am progressing and I LOVE it. 1 day on, 2 days off. The two days allows my body, mind joints tendons and ligaments to full recover and I'm so amped to kill it again
