What does it likely mean if a sloot won't get on top during sex? (srs)

My buddy said his gf won't ever go on top during sex.Is it cause she is fat? Does that make her insecure, or maybe just uncomfortable?

It could definitely be a sign of insecurity but if your friend is well endowed it could be uncomfortable for her.
