Long story short, decided to rent out my garden shed for a weirdo kid last year, hindsight is 20/20, but free money is always welcome and I haven't used it for a while, so why not. Guy gave me 300 bucks as a "security deposit", but insisted that we don't sign a contract. Whatever, didn't really mind it and the kid didn't seem to be trouble.


Decided to check on the guy during holidays, brought him some leftovers, he was always a bit spazzy, didn't want him to rope in the shed while staying there alone. Turns out the guy is a turbo coomer, shed was stacked with waifu pillows and smelled like a casting couch that hasn't been cleaned in a decade. Now I am a patient man but that degeneracy was just too much so I told him that he has a month to pack his stuff and move.


Enter today, somebody knocks on my front door, of course it's the guy, sweating and wheezing from carrying his "harem" around. The fuker has the audacity to demand his "security deposit" back. I breathed in, looked him in the eyes - which were red with tears at this point - and just closed the door. Looked out the window 15 minutes later, ******* was still standing and shaking. Looking forward to a great 2021...
