This guy a snake oil salesman?

I keep getting this ad on YouTube where this guy keeps making claims of how to burn fat properly , and it’s all about eating a certain spice and a few foods .
Any Misc detectives know anything about this guy. Like does he actually have any good advice , or is this just another info commercial?

Yes, he’s completely full of ****. Kept seeing his ads popped up and finally listened to it in entirety. Looked up the spice he was talking about. Spoiler: He’s exaggerating its affects wildly. You can’t just go from eating well to eating pizza and cake while supplementing his spice and expect to lose weight.

I’ll give him credit though. His sales pitch is very convincing if you don’t know care to investigate his claims.

I think I saw his stuff. He sells some run-of-the-mill supplement with standard OTC test boosters and gives shallow diet advice like 'X random food bad. Pay 29.95 // month to learn which foods R not bad.'

This stupid mfer keeps popping up. I remember listening to his ad accidentally as i couldnt skip the ad whilst doing my run and the kunt had the audacity to say that ''running doesnt burn fat, thats a lie'' I swear people like this mfer need to be penalized. How the PHUCK does running not lose weight? Ah man, these edgy conmen need to be put to the sword.

He also says that eating less will you help you lose weight is a “lie”. He’s such a scam artist.

The proper way to burn fat is to eat in a calorie deficiency. There's literally no secret to fitness....

OP install an ad blocker, to avoid those gay ads.

Vshredz is full of chit. I can't wait til he goes away completely, although the only time I see him is in other fitness youtubers videos roasting him.
