My phone updated early yesterday morning. This came out last night, however alerts still say they're on in my phone. Is there a way where I can reverse the update, or am I fukked?

Trump has already tested his "emergency broadcast test" to cell phones.

Now that his social media is turned off, I fully expect him to utilize this to send out his final message(es).

Weird chit just went down with my iPhone. The auto update tried to update even though I have that turned off.

I just happened to be looking at my phone when it happened. I clicked the option to cancel the update which took me to the screen as if I were going to unlock the phone with my pass code.

I didn’t Enter the code and hit the “remind me later” option. Then a message popped up that said my phone will be updated between 1-5am


Wtf is going on guys? Never has that happened before.

BRO the exact same thing happened to me earlier DEAD SRS cuz I turned that chit off too and then went back in and saw it was trying to do that even tho I turned it off.... like it was downloading the update still

Just LOL @ ppl acting like Apple would automatically be in deep chit and there’s no way they could turn off the EBS being pushed thru

Yes, they can go through your personal data on their servers. Yes, they can search your apple data without a warrant. Yes, during wartime, they can stay in your cloud home. Yes, they can limit and remove your speech on their platforms.

The last time I got an alert on my phone it scared the absolute chit out of me, I fell asleep on the couch and my phone makes this weird emergency tone it's never made before and I jumped up like WTF! I think I may have disabled alerts after that, it was an amber alert but I hope it doesn't affect the EBS too lol

Because terms of service can supersede constitutional rights? I can see great advantage to something like that.


I wonder if they will start telling when and who I can call? Since technically I’m using a phone they invented I guess they have the right to do that.

And maybe they should not only limit my speech, but dictate what I say specifically.


Edit: would be perfect to because it’s not like they could just move out when they finally realized it. They’d kinda be stuck, because it’s not that easy to just completely change your life and how you’ve been living and conducting it for years.

Yes, you can put in clauses like they cannot smoke in the unit, they must maintain the yard, etc. None of that is constitutionally protected though.

Depending on the terms of the contract and what is agreed upon, it is possible, although that is contract dependent along with the jurisdiction. generally you are limited to what your damages are, and again, not constitutionally protected. Thats a civil tort.
