Wut? Teachers are so underpaid. When I think of my teachers tolerating asking students questions in class and they don't answer and it's just pin drop silence, I don't know how they don't get frustrated. Their job is so hard. Even if I dislike them sometimes for giving us lots of pointless assignments, their job is very hard and pretty much thankless. Plus parents blame them if their dumbass kid can't perform.

Surprised no one mentioned singers. Just need a good voice, a good agent, and to repeat the same words of your popular tunes at venues when on tour. Otherwise say your words in a microphone at a studio for the album. Can be pretty much brain dead and get millions if you've got the sex appeal and voice.

For most common high pay to low intelligence - I'd go realtor. I have no earthly idea why these people (can) make so much money.

as far as requiring education: lawyer, maybe ceo? idk it depends. prolly some finance and economic world - idk how to be specific here, i dont necessarily mean those degrees i just mean that type - which may also encompass sales.

as far as medicine. idk.. it also depends. actually gets pretty gritty the further you go down. i don't think it's just rote memory when you're dealing with a new patient with certain complications and have to administer certain medicines.


i mean.. here's just one metabolic pathway; and that's one tiny figure in the midst of all of it. i get what some people might be thinking with common diseases or just barely scratching the surface and or googling stuff



maybe some people consider that chemistry. but they are sometimes interlinked

I fully agree with you here. My problem is the real estate model. It shouldn't be a sales job that pays out 6% of the sales price. There is a peace of mind aspect in the sense that most of the time the people who come into your house are vetted and you don't have to deal with them. This doesn't mean that someone selling a $500K house should pay $30,000 for a few hours of work. That's bullchit.

Now loan officers, these people are legit useless. WTF do they even do? Take loans apps? Nope, you do that online. Make loan determinations? Nope, that's the underwriter. Fkn glorified form collectors.

You're obviously not mindfully engaging these interacting mechanisms entirely when you derive a diagnosis in your head. You probably do not even know how to solve such a large problem if you did sit down with a group to do so.
