I'm in the middle of a cut right now. I was 235 beginning of October. Just weighed myself at 222 a few minutes ago. So only losing about 1.3 lbs per week. My goal is 205. Caliper reading shows 17.5% BF right now, but I think 21% is probably more accurate.

Looked up PMSF and it looks to be just straight protein with little to no carbs/fat, which carries some risk of heart and kidney issues. Do you have a log of exactly what you ate and supplemented with?
Super late on this, but since I'm starting another 3-4 week PSMF round today, I thought I'd share. From a previous thread:
Diet:
Maintenance: Est. 2,850 KCa/Day
Protein: 195g
Carb: 10-20g
Fat: 15-20g
Total Calories: 955 - 1,040 KCal/Day

Daily Defecit: 1,810 - 1,885 KCal/Day

Supplements:
Multi-Vitamin: 1/day
Ω-3 (Fish Oil): 3 g/day
Potassium: 600 mg/day
Calcium: 900 mg/day
Magnesium: 500 mg/day

lmao don't be sad about that, being an obesity-prone endomorph is significantly worse IMO, considering that for most people that lift, the goal is to look good with your shirt off. Being ottermode and lean >>> being big and fat.
