Any good stories? Has anything happened to you that you can't explain? I've had some ****ed up things happen that there are no explanations for.

never had an experience myself but i watch a lot of supernatural stuff on youtube (nukes top 5, slapped ham, kingfrostmare etc) and ive gotta say.......a lot of that chit is HELLA convincing man

Yeah. Had a demonic sleep paralysis experience and it vanished as soon as I said Jesus help me or something... srs

I've had sleep paralysis 5 or 6 times. I don't think it has anything to do with supernatural stuff. I think the severity of the experience has a lot to do with your mental state and anxiety level at the time. The first couple times I panicked because I didn't know what was happening and I obviously couldn't move and I tried to call for help, but couldn't. After the first couple times, I knew I would wake up/come out of it after a few minutes of struggling.

Yeah I saw 2 of them when I was a kid. First one was green and the second one was red. Red one was like really ****ed up.

I'll tell a few things that happened to me and we'll see what people think could explain it.

First one:

One time I went to stay at my dad's house when he didn't live there. He took a job in another part of the country, so his house was sitting empty for most of the year. His house is in a rural area near the mountains and forest. I thought I'd go stay there for a night or two to just make sure everything was ok with the house and what not.

It was June or July. I got there around 7pm and just went inside and watched TV or movies or something. After it got dark, I decided to got to bed and figured I'd take a shower before hand. While I was in the shower, the power went out. That freaked me out kind of, but I didn't think much of it. I turned the shower off and fumbled my way out of the shower and into the bedroom. With it being in a remote area, it was pitch black and I couldn't see anything - there's no street lights, other houses, or anything.

So I climbed into bed and went to sleep. After a few hours, I wake up for seemingly no reason. The power is still out. I check my phone and it has no reception. It's just before 3am. I had the bedroom window open to let in air. All of a sudden I start to hear what sounds like a group of people laughing and talking and stuff from outside. I can't make anything out because it sounds close, but muffled at the same time. I start trying to think of why anyone would be here and who it could be. I quietly look out the window and I can't see anything and once I get to the window the noise stops. I sneak back to the bed and try to think of what I should do.

The noise starts up again, and it starts alternating between sounding close and far away. This goes on for a few more minutes and then I hear loud banging coming from inside the house, out in the the hall/entrance area by the living room. I had the bedroom door closed and locked because the power being out had me on edge to begin with. The noise outside has now stopped. I hear the banging again - 3 loud bangs, like someone is slapping the half wall by the stairs as if they were trying to get someone's attention. Like a knocking tempo, but really loud. By now I know something is ****ed up because I locked and deadbolted all the doors and all the rest of the windows in the house are closed and locked. The banging happens one more time and I don't know what to do, so I just throw the blankets over my head and lay there. There is no way I'm going out into the hallway to see what it is. My plan is that if something/someone comes in, I will attack, but otherwise just stay put. Eventually I fall back asleep. I wake up and the sun is rising and I can hear birds chirping.

The power is back on and I unlock the bedroom door. When I head into the hallway, I notice that all the pictures on the walls are now on the floor. None of them are smashed or broken - they are all just on the floor, leaned up against the walls. All of them are like this - in the hallway, the living room, the kitchen. I check the doors and they are still deadbolted and locked. All the windows are still shut. I go outside to check things out and nothing is out of the ordinary. The garage is still locked and my car is normal. Now I just want to GTFO, so I go back inside to clean up before I leave.

When I told this to my dad, I could tell he was scared, but he didn't want to let on. He started trying to say that the sounds outside was coyotes and that maybe I had the windows open and a breeze blew the pictures down. I told him there was no way that's what it was - I know what coyotes sound like, and all the windows were closed and that doesn't explain the banging and how the pictures weren't broken. Then he started saying maybe I dreamt the other stuff and took the pictures down myself and don't remember. I tell him what he's saying is ridiculous and he can tell himself whatever he wants to make himself feel better.

This SRS. Nuke's Top 5 on YT is entertaining as fuk (will scare you more than any movie ever could). I've never experienced any ghost related sht myself but I'm also not going to rundown places to try to find them. I think lots of those vids can be fake but there's no way they all are. Same with UFOs. Too many firsthand accounts/pics/vids for them all to be hoaxes.

I believe in life outside of Earth of course, it's just a mathematical certainty but as for the spirit world it seems too neat to somehow just be some Earthly concept.

However, I guess I wouldn't tempt it. With that said there could be some minute possibility of something but nothing like how humans have neatly packaged it as "bad is below, good is up". I'd never do a ceremony or Ouija board etc, just in case. Either way the Earth will be gone one day, so if they do exist I hope their realm enable them to travel elsewhere.

There are definitely some bizarre stories but if you trying to fit a puzzle piece into any hole you're going to convince your mind to believe it's no coincidence. Think about the numerous events occurring every second of every day of every week of every year of every decade of every century etc etc, you're bound to line up many events that appear impossible to explain.

when i was younger like 9-10 years old i remember kid telling me about their culture has a demon or something

the demon sits in the tree outside of a pregnant lady's house and at night it comes in and like a moth or something it just eats the baby from the stomach

Yeah, this happens to me too. One time, before waking up, I was standing on my bed asleep, going crazy, huffing and puffing like a lion, clenching my mouth. I could FEEL the demon behind me. No joke. Literally, I could have certain thoughts and the demon would interact somehow. Can’t describe it well.

Then I fell back to my bed and had sleep paralysis. Until I called for Jesus. When I called, the demons got scared and pressure started rushing through my ears along with a sound like a river flowing intensely. Then a few seconds later it was gone. The light then turned on as I woke up.

If you believe in ghosts and crap like that you are either a woman or have the mentality of a 5 yo child.

No, i think our minds are hypersensitive at night especially when we're alone/in a creepy environment so we connect the dots eg; shadows/noises MUST be related to a form of being/entity probably due to evolution and evading predators at night.

Billions upon billions of people have walked this earth. There should literally be ghosts everywhere if they actually existed. I believe in an afterlife and the supernatural, but I don't think they visit us here

was fascinated with thus stuff when i was kid... tried every trick in the book to see ghosts/spirits nothing happened. It's mental gymanstics, unless proven otherwise.

Seconding the want to believe thing. I read about a lot of paranormal stuff, but I've never really experienced anything. Never even had sleep paralysis or a lucid dream. Serious meditation didn't help in the paranormal sense either.

Have seen at least 1 shadow person and a wheelchair moving around on it's own. I remain skeptical of most supposed supernatural events but do believe some are legit.

I've tried telling myself this, but when it's happening, all rational thought goes out the window. You just want to get away from it, and you don't worry about why it's happening.

I've seen people even try to convince themselves that they were mentally ill after the fact, rather than accept that things happened that they couldn't otherwise explain. I could see the fear in their eyes and voice, but now when they talk about it, they have rationalized it away and have repressed or forgotten about how terrified they were because it was years ago. It also doesn't explain how more than one person saw the same things and this person has never shown any sign of mental illness before or since. They are scared, so they tell themselves what they need to in order to feel better.

Why should there be? I think it has to do with people's personalities. Like some people have killed someone, but 99.9% haven't and won't. Maybe most people just don't care enough to hang around and bother people after. Either that, or ghosts don't exist and there are just malevolent beings that pretend to be things they aren't, including ghosts. There are things around that we don't know about though. Maybe there is a scientific explanation that will one day be discovered (dark matter beings, parallel universes that occasionally overlap/interact, etc.).
