It really is crazy how fondly I remember my early years in the misc. I’m sure some of it probably has to do with getting started with lifting and all the hormones & accomplishments that brings, but I’m also sure the environment here was something special.



And I’m probably in the minority, but I still think this is a special place. Not what it once was, but still worth enjoying and making better.

I rarely listen to trance music anymore but when I hear them zyzz classics the nostalgia hits like nothing else, it really does take me back, being 18-19 gyming it with my bro’s 6 days a week going clubbing with them etc. Repped for the dose of nostalgia that’s got me pondering on life! We’re all gonna make it!!

used to drive an ice resurfacer at university ice rink back when first found misc around 2009 when i was in school - would have to be there at like 4am on weekends to set up for all the youth hockey games etc in the morning and would always be working alone - used to listen to above and beyond trance around the world (before it became group therapy) podcast and armin a state of trance podcasts basically the entire shift on headphones or in the office while browsing misc - would get off shift around like 1 or 3 pm and walk across street to gym with the crew - some of the best lifts of my life fr miss that time
