Symptom of low T. Might be worth getting checked op. I’m always tired but doctor will never put me in for a T check so I deal with it. Think some people are naturally just tired kunts.

Often, it does come down to sleep. You think you're sleeping for 7 hours, but maybe you're actually sleeping for just 4 or 5 hours. People often wake up in the middle of night and just roll around or lie there with their eyes closed etc.

- check test levels, blood pressure/sugar, iron deficiency, some vitamin deficiency, who knows but hopefully you find it in this stage
- start doing the stereotypical stuff like making sure your diet is immaculate, drink 64 oz of water a day, sleep more, take multivitamins, workout 5 or 6 days a week, etc.
- if nothing's even helping a little bit on the physical side it could be mental. How much stress are you under from your job? Any social problems, gf, bullies, unforgiving family, guilty of something? Maybe see a therapist? Get religion?

Take this with a grain of salt though because I drink bangs throughout the day and excessive amounts of liquor on the weekend and the only thing keeping me going is the drive to get in more booty holes.

Normally is how I feel too. Depression/mind fog is a possibility if you feel down. If it's just sleepiness but you're not depressed maybe your sleep quality isn't great or lacking some nutrients and enough water

Try supplementing niacin? That boosts NAD+ levels that your cells need. Worth a tryhttps://www.sciencedirect.com/scienc...5041312030190X

Star from the top and work your way down
Vitamin D Deficiency (Take VitD sups and see if things improve, if no improvement move to the next one)
Low Test (Get your T levels tested, if normal talk to your doc)
Disease (Several diseases cause tiredness, and a few are testable)
Depression (If all else fails talk to a shrink about this)
*Updated* If you can't hit a 320 yard drive, are you even a man?

General feeling of fatigue... if only that symptom wasnt under literally every fukin illness in the world lol
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."
