How To Cure Dizziness ? (Srs)

Was at hospital a few days ago cuz suddenly felt like it was harder to catch my breath.
also started feelin dizzy randomly and still do.

they did a blood test, blood pressure, temp check, xray of lungs, checkd my heart, covid test (which i am still waiting on results)

and then doctor was like.. everything is normal with your tests, you can go home alright?

but everything is NOT ok.. I feel dizzy, hard to focus on sht and low energy..
wtf do I do now? srs
do I have a brain tumor or something? makes no sense
each time Ive been to the hospital recently, they talk down to me and ignore my symptoms that i tell them.. like im a bitch and itl pass.
I havent been to hospital my whole life until the past year so i dont go if I dont feel really bad.
Wat could it be ? question mark

was gonna suggest this but only if you get dizzy when you stand up, sit up from a laying position, turn your head too quick or stand up from a crouching position. Usually means:
-orthostatic hypotension (usually caused by dehydration or iron deficiency anemia in which case hydrating and Iron supps or eating red meat/iron rich foods will fix but you need to figure out why your Iron is low. Are you bleeding when you poop or your poops REALLY dark in color?)
-fluid in the inner ear (sinuses may not be draining right due to allergies but in some cases could mean a heart issue but the ER doc should have checked your ears and throat)

Also, low Vitamin D can cause dizziness too

Its called brainfog, although thats not a medical term, it could be associated with stress

Exactly the same, also kinda afraid of passing out of falling down although it never even happened remotely

Also had no headache

thats interestin.
this is my 2nd bout with this feeling. Had it early last year and it lasted for a bit but this time the feelin in my head feels stronger.
def have been stressd about a lot of things and have worked overnights for years which must contribute to such a thing.
Funny enough, I got a new job earlier like you mentiond and it will be day shift so my sleep, health (and wallet) will be better.
But I hope it really is something as simple as "brain fog". Since my blood test and stuff 2 days ago said i should be fine. Shrug

if it's vertigo, It's chit. Sometimes it happens for no reason, and it goes away by itself. It can be an ear issue or a dental issue that inflammed the ear...

but yeah it's hard to diagnose...
