how can you lower your standards?

downloaded a few apps weeks ago, got the best pics i have, tried my best, but all the matches i have are 3/10 or below (mostly just fatties)
i dont have a high standard but still i need the bare minimum which is at least a non-fat with a 4/10 face.
i myself only a 6/10 and 5'6 which hurts my chances alot in those apps.


how can i lower my standards? im on no fap for a few weeks but it doesnt help so far

did anyone here forced himself to smash chicks he doesnt find attractive at all?
