Lucid confirmed they plan on being publicly traded by April apparently during this meeting but wouldn't say if they planned on going SPAC or IPO.

There are too many coincidences , bloomberg article, that spontaneous meeting with CCIV, new Lucid meeting, increased Saudi purchases of CCIV. Im holding my shares. Im willing to lose 30k for the potential gains

I believe they are in negotiation, whether it goes through is the question.

From what I've read it takes 6-9 months to properly file for an IPO and they want to be publicly traded in less than 3 so idk I'm new to that type of thing.

I just bought the controlling interest in a shell on the OTC for $125 K. Took about a month to complete.


Going to make it my own little SPAC.

Fuark, missed big time on my PLTR straddle due to end of day dump, *******y ass *******s driving down so options would expire worthless. Ended up with a little over $4k, which is pretty good for a 24 hour play, but damn it man... I'm super bummed lol

Yup. I should’ve risked it and closed the put side at 80% and waited to see what would happen with the call side. At point it was at 1200% lol.

For emotional at the end STO $27 puts at $2.10 x 50. Went wtf am I doing when I saw the order fill in a couple minutes. Immediately set a BTC at $2 filled at 1.97. So $5k realized gains in 24 hours. Trying to be happy with that lol
