She was my first serious GF idk I have a soft spot still. Even if she did end up treating me like crap towards the end. But I’m no saint part of it was my fault. But we both had our issues

In my days, we used the terms " Choking the chicken", "Slapping the salami", "Buttering the corn" or even "Free the whales". I like punching the clown though.

The best way to go no contact IMO is by posting deep thoughts about an ex who is a member of the same forum and most likely browses frequently and posts occasionally
