if someone does a violent crime they should never get out of jail like in china. i love the constitution. i have a Capuchin monkey that helps me get dressed every day and keeps me from using the stove lest i burn down my apartment here at the assisted living facility.

They also need to bring back mental asylums, to help with the overcrowded prison population and so the mentally ill can seek real treatment.

Also stop wit the bullsh!t drug crimes, and we can keep the real dirtbags behind bars for the adequate time. I don't believe there's much wrong with the system, it's the overabundance of laws we have and the court system that is the problem.

If people were going to prison for simple drug possession so often the streets of every city wouldn’t be filled with junkies. It’s largely the dealers who go to prison and they’re usually bad guys who made a deal to take lesser charges (plead to drugs in car if gun charges are dropped for example)

Not saying there aren’t people in prison for simple possession that shouldn’t be but it’s not as common as the narrative suggests

most likely you are an emotional dude who listens to dashboard confessional a lot. it is not appropriate to read the gorey details of every rape and murder and then extrapolate your feelings to a course of action (presumably) in governing a nation.

there NEEDS to be a points system instituted for people like this. jail can't just be a revolving door for them. you accumulate points based on severity of crimes. once you rack up enough points, you're done. either never getting out or option for death. i'll even go one step further and say they get sent to a labor camp. fukk these people.

Yeah so the data I cited there for interracial homicide comes from the FBI Expanded Homicide Data in their yearly uniform crime reports. For example, here's the link to 2016:

And as you can see, that table only accounts for single victim/single offender homicides:



And going through those twitter accounts I linked to in my OP, you can see how many of these instances are multiple victim/multiple offender.

And TOTAL homicides per year, would include killings where multiple people are killed, or multiple people are charged in a murder. As far as I know, I don't think they keep track of the exact numbers for multiple victim/multiple offender interracial homicide. But they do keep track of all people charged with murder and their race, as well as the amount of victims of homicide and their race, which you can view here:
