He does know that he has a very small window to get that surgically fixed and that ice and a brace isn't going to do chit?

So glad I stopped benching heavy after hitting 455 and never tore anything

Ouch, could see it pop through his shirt on that second angle.

Won’t be surprised if this requires surgery for him to fix.

He's got literally a month or so to do enough G4P to pay for a trip to TJ to have it done privately then

My Canadian PLer bro tore his on a 545 bench and after 6 months wait it was too scarred up to repair. Now he looks like he never lifted in his life

Pretty much. If he was an illegal he wouldn't have to pay though, they would fix him up and wouldn't bother trying to track him down.

Damn this guy still is trying to make a living with YouTube/fitness. Should’ve spent more time on an actual career, he’s fuked without insurance. And he’s aging pretty rough, looks like the 30 year old boomer wojak.

This is why I only use the smith machine and gloves, and bench 50 pounds, I would never want an injury.

Seems risky, I’d recommend mental gymnastics instead. Seen some people on here who have made great progress

Nope. You can't just walk in and get a surgery unless it's an immediate life threatening situation in the ER.

If it's not an emergency, they don't have to treat chit. Most places will require full payment up front (you can arrange your own financing through credit cards or care credit). A few places will do in house financing with a very hefty deposit. Mayo clinic wouldn't start chemo without $100k cash deposit and made it clear they would kick you to the curb if you ever fall behind.

Lol, I remember him from many years ago, he actually looked pretty decent back then. I just don't get why he chose to bloat max and lift so heavy at this age. I'm early 30s now and already started lifting lighter than my 20s.

Lmao lifting that heavy is so ****ing dumb. You tear one muscle and you’re NEVER the same. His lifting is now permanently screwed all because of ego lifting.

plenty of people on the juice who look like complete chit, or don't look like they lift. it's not an instant ticket to swolehood if you don't put in the work and have chit tier genetics. honestly he isn't wrong though. alot of these pec tears you see mostly from jooced up "bodybuilders" and crossfit athletes, whom you can pretty much assume are all on dat dere.

He's one of the OGs of yootoob fitness, i remember him making vlogs and videos before the whole yootoob fitness thing started to kick off. It's kinda crazy to me how he's sitting at only 250K subs after being in the game for so long. probably never adapted or tried to grow his channel after a certain point or just uploaded vlogs nobody wants to watch. But dude has always been somewhat of an unlikeable manlet.

Fuk... hit 405 in my early 20's. 32 soon to be 33 brah that pissed away about a decade from drinking and rugby injuries. Was hoping to break my old record this Spring, vids like this get me nervous as fuk.

But who is bench only? I can't imagine the number of muscle imbalances being developed with that kind of idiotic programming, I guess that explains the tear.
