how much "old stuff" do you save?
I'm cleaning clutter and found a few boxes with my high school classwork '98-02, notes and folders like i wrote them yesterday, its kinda cool, even a zip binder with friends & girls phone numbers and AIM screen names which i'm definitely saving. As much as it would pain me to throw some of that away, I'm accumulating too much clutter. Curious where you guys draw the line at what momentos to save, what to toss?

i thew out stuff like that a long time ago though that would be cool for nostalgia, i wish i still had it.
i scanned in a ton of things lately and shredded them, so i guess i could atleast look at the picture if i wanted.
i still really need to downsize though, renting a larger place really because i have too much stuff

I save almost everything personal. I draw the line at monetarily replaceable things. I don’t mind scanning like ^^^ as it can easily be shared/viewed. But I would never throw away the original

they shutdown aim servers a while ago. AOL could have made a comeback if they pushed a good app hard when iphone and android first came out, could have just had aim on the phones.
was a better time with dumb phones, online was separate from real world because that was only at home now its 24/7 everywhere. people on vacation now in foreign lands and still on their phone the whole time.

While I'm not a hoarder by any means, I love to save nostalgic or other interesting things. I have a box in the garage with all my high school notebooks along with all my tests, quizzes, and papers. Some of the chit in my notebooks is really funny (like lists of who would you rather do of teachers and girls in my class I played with my friends).
I also have a scrap book of every movie, plane, sports games, and other random ticket stubs dating back to around 2000. It's cool to look back on what I was doing as a kid.
