so basically it's a natural pigment found in fruits and veggies. supposedly helps with inflammation, blood pressure, and a natural allergy med.

there was a study floating around that quercetin can help prevent corona but there wasn't really much data.

This, basically it says eat meat, legumes & eggs for zinc
oranges, apples, blueberries for quercetin
and hang out in the sun eating salmon & tuna for 15-20 minutes a day for d3

there's no better replacement for healthy nutrition

Bought 8 packs of 60 capsules back in March when lockdowns happened, thought we're heading for apocalypse. The stuff I read at the time mentioned something about quercitin helping zinc penetrate the corona cell membrane or some chit, I may have just butchered that.

Haven't taken it in a while though.

Covidcel stack;
Quercitin+vit c
ZMA
Vit d
8 hours sleep

We're all gonna make it, das it.
Never take it personal, even when it is.

This the vid you talking about OP?

There's studies that say Quercetin can help against Covid and trials are still done but it's not the neutralizer to Covid. side note: It blocks entry to SArs-Cov 1(Corona is Cov 2)

Quercetin also has other benefits tho that helps the body as a whole.

Hell YES. I bought a kilo of quercetin a couple of years ago. For general health/antioxidant purposes. It's a zinc ionophore, meaning it opens up cell membranes to allow zinc to come in. Zinc in turn causes an enzyme reaction that stops viruses from replicating themselves. Regarding Covid, quercetin does what hydroxychloroquine does, minus side effects. Whether quercetin or HCQ, they plus zinc work well IF....IF taken early on. Problem with the studies done on HCQ is they kept giving it plus zinc to people who were already hospitalized. Too late at that point, as the virus has already multiplied enough to cause severe symptoms. I've been telling people about quercetin a bit here and on FB. A few weeks ago we (me, wife, oldest son) started having some common cold symptoms. Quercetin, zinc, giant amount of Vitamin D, magnesium to help Vit D absorb, medicinal mushroom extract for immune system, resveratrol. Downed with large glass of OJ (vit C). 3 times over a day and half. Symptoms paused for a day, gone the morning after.

Am I an MD? No, but I'm a former clinical dietician that is skeptical of big pharma.

I take a vitamin stack similar to this. No negative side effects and haven’t gotten Covid or gotten sick since starting so don’t see any reason why not to take it if you can afford it.

I'm skeptical of big pharma's motivations, not necessarily their end product drugs or standardization. Big Pharma may be only 2nd to banks as far as their control over politicians. They do things like push bad studies for things like Omega 3s, which mass media then declare as practically useless, and then patent a drug of concentrated Omega 3s for a ridiculous price, citing positive results. They do this sort of sabotage on the regular. Scientists conducting the studies are just following the parameters set out for them. Big Pharma has politicians and professors in their pockets. aka lots of corruption.

I think a very cheap drug like Ivermectin that's been around for decades would've been used months ago to save tens of thousands more lives in the USA alone, much less untold numbers elsewhere if Big Pharma weren't counting on hundreds of Billions from Covid vaccine revenue.

Got mine from bulksupplements. I have a mg scale. Quercetin is very light, less dense than many other powders, so it takes a lot of volume to get a dosage you want. Doesn't taste good, but not horrible like ALCAR or ashwagandha.

Ivermectin hasn't shown benefit in major studies yet and anecdotes aren't evidence. They def can do shady things, but common corporate tactics like price gouging and a few dubious studies don't discredit the overall benefit. clinicians aren't blindly using their new drugs. supplement companies are just as guilty but don't have the same level of scrutiny so we don't hear about it
i'm way more sceptical of supplement companies
