DHT is a trash hormone.

DHT is only important during pubertal development.

After puberty DHT will only cause issues like enlarged prostate and hair loss.

i understqnd you are bald, so you are pretty far gone, but dont try to push your narrative to people that still has a chance to save their hair.

Agreed this is true, it would be suicide to inhibit your DHT levels during puberty and I’d strongly recommend against DHT inhibitors even if you were balding as a teen.

As a fully developed adult DHT has little effect.

For all the fin fear mongers tell us what role it serves in the body of a fully matured adult male
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

5alpha-reductase, which finasteride inhibits, is a critical enzyme in the conversion of several steroids such as testosterone, progesterone, aldosterone and corticosterone in the brain. This enzyme converts testosterone to the most natural potent androgen DHT, and also it acts an important role in conversion of progesterone to dihhydroprogesterone (DHP). DHP is further converted to allopregnenolone (5alpha, 3alpha-tetrahydroprogesterone) by 3alpha-HSD. Allopregnanolone is a modulator of gamma amino butyric acid type A receptor (GABA-A), and increases chloride conductance. This neurosteroid has been found to exert anti-convulsant, anesthetic and anxiolytic effects. Moreover, change in the levels of allopregnanolone is found to be associated with depressive disorders.

In practice, we SEE these effects, regardless what carelessly incomplete model for downstream hormone importance of 5-AR inhibition the physician flippantly commented for the video. You simply cannot disagree with the side effects in practice.

This guy only said "we cannot blame DHT for allopregnanolone activity". He did not address fin disruption of health from other mechanisms the few he mentioned of DHT.
“There are three kinds of intelligence: one kind understands things for itself, the other appreciates what others can understand, the third understands neither for itself nor through others. This first kind is excellent, the second good, and the third kind useless.” – Niccolo Machiavelli
This guy possesses the third kind. He trusts the charlatan authorities with conviction while dismissing good analysis.

I would spot-treat the other symptoms he mentioned. Prostate? Stitch a stint in when you're older. No side effects. Skin/hair? Topical anti-androgen. Very few. 5-AR seems like too blunt an object for me to mess with. I need my potency.

Once you get to your 30s, it doesn't ****ing matter anymore. I'm proud to display my balding hair. If I grow my hair long enough, I'm confident I'll be able to cover most of my "horse shoe."

Also, don't listen to the "just shave it off" *******s. Looking like a thumb is not a solution for most guys.
It was all just satire. Sorry if I offended anyone with my trolling and sickening posts. Peace and love to everyone.
