Anyone else hate leaving voicemail?

Idk what it is, but my average voicemail is "hi this is lupus002 and I uhhhhhhhhh... ummm...." then start to get nervous and voice gets a bit shakey. I have no idea what causes this srs

I've done it so often that I consider myself the voicemail king. I can spit out my full contact info, including name, number and email address + condensed summary of the reason for my call + all necessary, professional pleasantries in under 30 seconds ded fkin Srs

I usually write out what I'm going to say on a paper first and that helps
