Why do people who dont have sugar in their tea/ coffee...

...think they're instantly better than those that do?

I could drink green tea without sugar; I do that when I'm on a diet. I could also take tea with stevia drops.

But coffee? Nah ... gotta have 2-3 tablespoons of brown sugar

Whilst I don't put sugar in my tea, I don't think I'm "better" than those who do put sugar in their coffee/tea.

I do however get my sugar intake in other ways (part of breakfast and dessert at dinner).

Honestly that's less than I thought considering most starbucks drinks are like 500 calories. I don't drink it everyday so I'm not worried.

I've never met anyone like that. All I know is that people who put sugar in their coffee are subhuman and people who drink it black have a higher IQ.

Srs though, I drink mine black because I don't like sugary drinks or candy. I haven't had a soft drink or a piece of candy like Starburst or Sweet Tarts since I was nine srs. I just don't like it.

The person who over coats thier steak with seasoning and then covers it with A1 sauce is ruining the flavor of the steak just like the person who puts in three sugar packets and half a cup of vanilla creamer is ruining the flavor of the coffee. Nothing wrong with that obviously but in that case, you dont really like the flavor of coffee and the coffee is just a vessle for sugar, cream and caffeine.
