2021: The year Medieval Feudalism returns to Western Society
Boyos, remember your 7th grade history lessons regarding Medieval European Feudalism, if you don't remember I'll aware you:
Cliffs:
1) Feudalism is a socio-economic caste system in which there is a monarch, regional lords, and legions of low IQ peasant serfs serving as cheap labor.
2) The regional lords are the rich land owners whom the peasant serfs serve - either they work for slave wages, or they serve the lord in exchange for renting a small plot of land that they harvest.
3) The regional lords fight amongst each other to curry favor with the monarch while at the same time plotting to supplant the monarch with themselves or a puppet ruler
4) The serfs are nothing more than pawns used as canon fodder in the power struggle between the lords and monarch
So how does this relate to our world?
1) The big media companies, tech companies, big pharma, big corporations are now the regional lords for whom we peasant serfs work. Take a look at Wal-Mart - they pay their employees poverty wages and these same employees turn around and buy food from Wal-Mart because their low wages ensures they can't buy from anyone else but Wal-Mart. So basically they get paid, and then they give that money right back to Wal-Mart. Is this not indentured servitude?
2) These big corporations vie for power by giving political donations to politicians whom are basically the ruling class (the monarch)
3) A harsh progressive tax system that virtually guarantees that serfs will perpetually be in poverty with no way to escape. The more you make, the more they take.... and your tax dollars are used to subsidize the political agendas of the ruling class, not your best interest. Like seriously, when was the last time your tax dollars were used to re-pave our broken roads and freeways?
Boyos, in this new world, millionaires are the new middle class. If you're not a millionaire, you're a serf.....
