I dunno i wanna kinda of bitch about this on the internet, as im annoyed with my housemate but i dont want to post this on reddit as they probably tell me to hang them for war crimes.

Basically, my housemate came back for Christmas from his parents about a week ago, and he brought his girlfriend with him which is fine i guess but i dont really like her that much for various reasons.

Well, as it turns out his mum caught coronavirus and he had it too and has now infected me and his girlfriend so we have to self isolate for 10 days. I've been actually pretty ill for the last 3 days, definitely not a nice illness but im mostly fine now just a cough (i can see how this kills old people and stuff). However im pissed off as now im missing nearly 2 weeks full pay and having to get by on chitty statutory sick pay which is like £100 a week, this is while my housemate had body chills and a headache the day before he came back but couldnt be asked to get a test.

Secondly, while i dont really care that much for lockdown or covid restrictions i dont go out of my way to break them, especially when im literally coughing and contagious. Well my housemates retarded girlfriend who is sneezing and coughing everywhere keeps going out the house to go shopping and its really pissing me off, i can really see how we have had a spike in infections if plagued people go on hikes round town like this. Plus its illegal, can be biggish fines and im not sure if id be liable if she got reported.

How can i get my housemate to sort his girlfriend out? besides him infecting me, shes really becoming a pain the ass and its straining what was a pretty good friendship.
