i think you have an interesting point here.. cuz my stomach hasnt felt good in the past.

you just solvd it on your own? or went to doctor for that?
i still get pain though so maybe
Yea you can test it right now. I came across a video of a chiropractor doing this to a patient. They were laying down and he started massaging the ileocecal valve muscle located 2in down and 2in to the right from the belly button. It feels like a ball kind of.

I went to do it myself and the pain was scary. It hurt so bad when I did it. Like a knife being stabbed into my lower right area. I massaged it out 3x a day for about 5 min. I ate better and stopped caffeine, roughage foods, raw fruits and veggies.

I stretched my psoas and hip flexors a lot too which I read David Goggins had major dizziness issues because of a tight psoas.

I haven't had any issues since. Been 3 years since. Had this issue for years too.

literally the worst time of my life by far. I feel like im dying and the doctors are basically shrugging at me. fukk
Yes anxiety can, it did for me the first time and I was surprised. It was combination of anxiety and lack of sleep.

Also please check for teeth or wisdom teeth infection srs.

Now if you do this and there is no pain and nothing is wrong, then it probably isn't the cause.

Something to check out though. I would also still stretch out.

Also try to release the thick neck muscle that attaches to the back of your ear. See if that helps

So you still have all your wisdom teeth but are they impacted?
If they all came out without messing up your jaw or dentition, then you're fine.
But if they're still impacted, they can put pressure on some nerves and cause all kind of pain in your jaw/ ear and therefore mess with your balance.

good luck, don't die.
