op actually how are those countries even comparable? S. Korea male suicide rate is more than double that of women. India's is like 30% higher for men. China's rate is higher in women. Pakistan's is dead even. so how are those comparable?

I heard on Joe rogan one time he said, "your problems are your problems", as in, if the only hardship you faced is the awkwardness of being present in an apparent slight of a dude in a dress, then thats the worst chit of all time. But if the hardship you faced is Russia dropping bombs on downtown aleppo and watching your dad be separated from his legs for 4 mins before he dies in your arms, then being present when a dude in a dress is being chit on outside a mall is no big deal.

and how would being a housewife cause this as much? clearly, it hasn't changed by reducing suicide rates in the states
