IQ really only matters in terms of potential. It does nothing to stop things like becoming a cult member or an alcoholic.

High IQ individuals are susceptible to charismatic educators teaching what to learn instead of how to learn. This often leads to "I am high IQ therefore what I know cannot possibly be wrong."

In fact I would argue that high IQ makes for better cult members. It increases your ability to retain and explain the tenants of your cult.

A high IQ person will also find it far more painful to accept that they have been fooled resulting in irrational defense of their existing beliefs.


Successful high IQ people are often at least partially if not completely self educated. The lack of a box they will need to break out of lets them reach their potential more easily.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.
