And have been consistent with fitness since then, minus a bump or two here or there(like hernia surgery). Never really thought I would make it this long, but something clicked in me before I started and here I am. Anyone else in the decade club?

No hate but why start a thread like this with no pics? Put this down for the dear diary section

In for pics.

I'm at 7 years of mostly maintaining. Smallest I made it to was 12 pounds under my initial goal and I have been sitting at about 10 pounds over for some time now.

Have to believe some day I will get myself straightened out again.

I've been trying to be leaner too.

The leanest times of my life were in college weighing at roughly 155. I kept thin because I'd walk / bike everywhere for school... no car. And on top of that I'd go to the gym, and TRY to have a medium Caloric intake usually.

Was 175 as of November 2020. Now I weighed in at ~165 this morning. I owe some of the success to wisdom teeth removal, and not wanting to eat much at all for several days, got down to 170. But the bulk of the success is limiting alcohol intake, gym consistency, and tracking macros daily.

Started to diet again very recently and have lost 5lbs in 2 days. Goal is to get big and healthy/be in good shape. I want to get down to 160lbs. 82lbs to go until I reach my goal.

It's a really good workout if you're good about pushing yourself. I have the original and P90X3. That ones good for 30 min workouts when you're short on time.

Do you guys remember the chick in the chest/back video named maren beautte? She made a bunch of pron videos prior to becoming a p90x star. Do yourself a favor and search her on google and check the vids.
