Someone mentioned Italica is coming back in the next few months on the xerjoff group on FB. I need to decide whether to offload my bottle way before the value drops

As for sweetie, i mean its ok. I definitely prefer it over Italica by far. That being said, you are right, there is something in it that I'm not a fan of. I'm guessing its artemesia but im not sure.

You prefer it by far? I can't see a gourmand being much better than the Italica clone. I really like how it manages to not go too dark and gourmandy.

Love the sweetie Aoud bottle, the blue cap is brilliant I also like really like the cap from Britannia. I'd probably try the clone first and maybe sample sweetie Aoud. Venba has the 2ml sample for $21 lol

Tried Presence.

It's not a bad scent. Objectively it's quite decent. Performance is strong.

To me it smells like is you take YSL La Nuit, lessen the sweetness and lavender, tone down the spice and add in some ginger, green notes and a minty note.

Synthetic and mature.

I much prefer la nuit though, Idk if you've ever tried that one @BUNKER

Yea and i'm in the vast minority on this. Thats saying much as im not a huge fan of Sweetie Aoud as is. Italica is too linear for me and i find it hard to perceive that its not a priority for me. Ill rather wear Rolling in Love which (while its more feminine), i can smell all day on me. A TON of people love Italica and say that it is their favorite gourmand.

Yea sweetie aoud presentation is really nice, that blue color is my favoite. Funny you mention the cap as I ended up buying a cap for my tester a couple of days ago.

I only sampled la nuit years ago and liked it, even though im not much int lavender, but never got around a bottle, I'm between that or YSL Y, have yet to try any version of the Y, the EDT has mixed reviews.

Presence has some solid sillage in the first hours and lasts on me more than Profumo for some reason,

F me. I have like a 20 or so bottle collection and I still feel "bored" with it lol. Woke up this morning to choose and nothing stuck out. SOTD: Spicebomb Extreme. But still, I know I don't need anymore, but I get bored quickly with what I have and have to shelve a couple for a while and come back fresh.

LOL ya, I know I am preaching to guys who have a lot bigger collections.

Im just a baller on a budget, so I kinda have to slowly build my collection. And then its like, I will run out of something I love, so I end up buying a 2nd bottle instead of something new haha.

Not knocking at all but if you put it up there with one of my GOATS I gotta try it.

I don't think anything can top that slightly skanky banana in Saudi though. I love that combo so fuking much.
