Lol I love when the WSB schemes actually work. Most of the time they don't. Ask me how I know.
Literally lost $3000 on fukkin CORN a few months back thanks to WSB. Then there was the $2500 I lost in one day on RKT calls.

Proud to be a part of this movement against Melvin and other hedge funds. This is been a wild rollercoaster ride. Went from $165 to $61 in a matter of minutes. I was shook. And now we are over $200 lmao. I sold my initial investment at $135 so now im comfortable holding as long as needed for the actual short squeeze to take place.

'Big Short' investor Michael Burry is not happy with the autist even though he made 1400% on his position in 4 months.
Michael Burry slammed day traders who have worked in concert to boost GameStop‘s stock price and squeeze short-sellers in recent days, and called on federal regulators to investigate them.
“If I put $GME on your radar, and you did well, I’m genuinely happy for you,” the Scion Asset Management boss tweeted on Tuesday.
“However, what is going on now – there should be legal and regulatory repercussions. This is unnatural, insane, and dangerous,” he added, tagging the Securities and Exchange Commission’s enforcement arm. The tweet was deleted minutes later.
Scion owned 1.7 million GameStop shares at the end of September. Assuming Burry hasn’t altered the size of the holding, it has ballooned in value from about $US17 million to $US250 million as of Tuesday’s close — an almost 1,400% gain in under four months.

BTW, for those kicking themselves for missing out, keep these things in mind:
1) This isn't investing. This is gambling with the stock market as your game. What you've got here is a game of high stakes poker with a large pot.
2) Winning a game like this is all about timing. Somebody is going to be left holding the bag. Right now it looks like the hedge fund managers, but keep in mind that those are professionals trying to save their jobs. If they can shift the bulk of the losses to unsophisticated players who jumped in late, they will. You don't want to be one of them.
3) These are short term capital gains. They are subject to full federal, state, and local taxes just like your income. That can easily mean ~50% gone in taxes (e.g., for California residents). If you're reading that somebody turned $20K into $200K in a week, their take home might actually only be $90K after taxes (50% x ($200K - $20K)). That's still a lot of money, but this is the downside of playing the market instead of investing in the market. Long term capital gains tax rates are much lower.

Gamestop is a blockbuster of gaming even if you look at the newest generation consoles both of them come with a digital-only version which gamestop will make 0 money from.
Even using Gamestop as an outlier you look at companies like Tesla there is no way Tesla should be worth what it is right now and even Elon Musk has said the stock is overpriced.
You can also look at Uber stock and you have to laugh at its valuation considering the company has been losing money for years with no profits in sight. They just sold their self driving car section too so there is 0 chance they will reduce their operating cost in the near future..
