This is spot on, I’ve got on horrid binges on all aforementioned things that were pretty big set backs mentally for me at the time. What bpd doesn’t do is turn otherwise normal people into woman beaters.

The key is recognize the fall and do damage control until it passes, mistakes will be made but if it goes unchecked there’s literally no limit to how terrible the damage can be. Another key is recognizing the highs and being as productive as possible, no lie I am an absolute god damn animal on a high. Clear thinking, charismatic, super confident, it’s so great when on a high. I’m just coming off a low, dropped ~$220,000 in 10 days, granted it was “justified” as they are business purchases but ultimately most of it was stuff I didn’t “need need” but I digress.
