So lately I’ve been sort of changing my behavior and neural wiring to improve my SMV. And with my anger that I am trying to become more alpha and aggressive but in a calm way

Like for starters I’ve been walking in a sort of robotic gait with a cold gaze with my head slightly tilted to the right. And I make sure to walk as slow as possible, sort of like the Undertaker.

When interacting with females I now just look them blankly in the eye with no sign of emotion always maintaining eye contact, very little blinking. I make sure to keep my posture as erect as possible with my shoulders propped back in order to highlight my large frame and broad shoulders.

I try to stay as silent as possible but if I’m required to speak I will do so in a slow but loud and aggressive voice, sometimes increasing the intensity of my stare. Once I end my conversations I’ll look down at my watch to give off the impression of a business like professional that adheres to a strict schedule.

However I don’t turn my back towards women once I’m done speaking, I’ll actually take a few steps backwards just to let them know I’m well aware of them in case they have ulterior motives against me.

I’ve been dressing more formally i lately bought a few trench coats and overcoats all dark colors. I’ll wear that over a V neck and sometimes depending on my mood I’ll wear a black baseball cap slightly tilted to the side.

I also have been finding cargo pants and shorts to be more comfortable and fitting for my personality.
