Bulking progress....

Hello misc, where to begin. So I'm 46, if you're wondering if that sucks, the answer is yes. I've been lifting really since I was 19. I'm naturally a very lean dude. My goals were always to look fit, getting super jacked was never really what I was going for since it was genetically unrealistic. Early on my diet was never good and in my 20's I drank heavily and often. 2 months ago my doctor prescribed something to help me along.

This pic is from 3 years ago...

As you can see, I found a rat snake in the woods.

This is 4 months ago. I'm around 170 here. (170-175)

Around 2 months ago I changed up my diet and started a slow bulk. (also the same time my doctor gave me a prescription)

I am 185 here.

I dont really have a specific weight I'm aiming for. I will probably keep bulking until I feel the fat is getting to much or spring arrives, then I'll cut a bit for summer.

Will I finally make it after all these years?

My ego is thinner then an egg shell. Then again it's the misc, known for its forward thinking, positive outlook, and encouraging words of wisdom. In my long life I've come learn that no one is kinder then a stranger on the internet.

Thanks, pretty much the one thing you would expect. Even with a doctors note you can't really say much here.

Understood.

Whats your routine? How are the back and legs?

My back is just ok, the current pics have the back shot. Legs are terrible, I work them but definitely not good, lol. I lift 4 days a week, 3 days typical bro split then one day full body to hit everything again but with less volume.

You really decided to post a front double bicep on imgur for the anniversary of 911?
