Sure if black people pay back all the money they've costed the criminal justice system and damage from riots.
I guess we're even.

1) Automatically Charged blacks with harsher sentences
2)Are ultimately for profit and not the rehabilitation of criminals, thus repeat offenders
I would even go as far as to say the justice system broke up the black family unit. Thugs & Gangs weren't a thing in the 60s but after Reagan crime ran amok

Interesting how a college education and owning land were status symbols for my grandparents. Then, just having a "college degree" became worthless...worse yet one of the worst financial decisions you can make if it's not STEM. Then, randomly owning swamp land and paying property taxes on something you can't even utilize. FUARK, we're always behind the curve. Speaking from experience. We're fked boios. RIP. What I would do is give free college education to anyone that studies STEM; if it ain't STEM, chances of employment of SLIM.

Oh and lack of personal responsibility, that's probably the biggest thing that destroyed the black community..3 words, "not my fault".

Contrary to popular belief it wasn't whitey trying to punish the black crack dealer. It was Black politicians trying to save inner cities from an epidemic.
"When President Ronald Reagan signed the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986 into law — the law that punished crack ******* dealers far more harshly than powder ******* dealers — Harlem's Rep. Charlie Rangel stood right behind Reagan. Crack dealers, many of whom were black, got harsher sentences than those who dealt powder *******, many of whom were white. And Congressional Black Caucus members pushed Reagan to create the Office of National Drug Control Policy."
https://www.investors.com/politics/c...crats-support/
But yeah, damn whitey.
Luckily the Democrats came in to save the day..
"But after black crack dealers received longer sentences than whites who dealt powder, the 1986 law became "racist." The CBC later asked President Bill Clinton to fix the disparity. His sentencing commission also advised him to narrow the disparity. Clinton, who wanted to appear "tough on drugs," refused.
So when Clinton signed his own tough anti-drug law in 1995, it preserved the crack-powder disparity. The Los Angeles Times wrote: "One week after President Clinton decried the 'disproportionate percentage' of young black men going to prison, he has decided to sign into law a bill that would maintain stiff prison sentences for those caught with small amounts of crack *******.""
Guess not.
