Really depends on your age.

With younger (aka stupid) girls, having that "loud" personality will work. As you get older, it becomes more about the total package and that loud personality might attract certain girls, but that reserved personality will do the same. Reserved doesn't have to mean boring though. People confuse quiet with boring. You can be fun and interesting while not being an arrogant douche.

I've been on the quiet side of things my whole life. Had a problem getting girls in HS for sure, and starting in college, but slowly the tide changes to be more in your favor as you age - and hopefully gain confidence if that was an issue.

Really it just comes down to being comfortable with who you are, and finding someone who is compatible with that. You might get a few sloots pretending you're someone you're not, and that's fun to do on tinder, a bar club or something, but there's very little long term satisfaction there.
