Not sure, but if it's true that the shorts doubled down when this first shot up, they might be exiting those positions at $200 which would explain the support level. That might get them out of bankruptcy, but might also give them more comfort jumping out of the original short positions.

Silver and PMS have had hype for years. I've been buying since like 2014. There's always been a strong PM community that has wanted to end the blatant manipulation.
