Tug a Lug Lug, Lifting PR Inside.

Never pulled 5 wheels for reps before. It was only 2, thought about a 3rd but decided to play it safe, and 2 reps is still reps dammit. Rep cannon fully charged and will be firing at random.

I dunno man, I don't mess around with trying to extend the eccentric when doing conventional deads, I try to get it to the ground as quick as possible and focus more on an explosive pull. This is just the most natural way for me to do so.

PR time again ladies. 5# over all time best pull which was done 1.5 years ago @ almost 10# heavier bodyweight. Obviously had more in me today but shooting for a bigger PR next week so stuck to the plan.
