I heard a flurry of sirens and saw the helicopters buzzing nearby. It appeared as though it was over because the helicopters seemed to be stationary, but I guess not.

These slow pursuits when they keep stopping are the most annoying thing ever. Especially if they have a gun, then it's just annoying and also tense/stressful, easy to get complacent.

Not sure what he did originally, but just from running from the police... that's next to nothing.

Should get one of those armored rescue vehicles and just ram the fuk out of the car and disable it. Break a window with a 40mm and then pepper ball the inside until he gets out, then send a dog in and take him into custody.

They are heavily armed after the north Hollywood shootout so many years ago. Every car or motorcycle is armed with an auto AR now.

Supposedly he is armed. Police in liberal cities can not longer use ANY reasonable force. So they'd be attempting to force the armed guy they can't shoot to stop. Of course they aren't gonna actually intervene.
