Social Media Algorithms Are Creepy A/F, 2 Bittys Ended Up In My Recommendations (SRS)

Legit never met these two girls in my life... just worked out next to them at the gym (both were 8.5/10's SRS)


Decided to scope the Socials tonight after my workout and was legit creeped out, both of them are at the top of my recommendations SRS
















I don't think either gave a fuk about me or looked me up, they were to hot for that type of chit. SRS What creeps me out is, I was nearly in their vicinity working out for like 20 minutes and somehow the algo's put that GPS and other information together and placed them right in front of my face within 2 fukin hours brahs. SRS











Any of you brahs deal with this type of weird chit? Reps for stories/feedback/experience

I was speaking to guy at work once and asked him where his colleague was as I hadn’t seen him for a while, he said he’d left to do a cyber security course, 2 hours later I’m on my break and I get ads on ******** for cyber security courses.

You can go into most apps and turn on privacy controls so it won't do that kind of ****. But, also downloadAppChoicesand opt out of everything, then do the same thing withTRUSTeand opt out of those. If you live in California, you have more control over your private data than citizens in other states.

i get ads all the time on my phone for chit i was looking at on the computer. some of the time i know for a fact i actually wasnt signed into anything on the computer, on amazon or google but the ads showing up on my phone for things i looked at amazon on the computer while not signed in. i think it also tracks IPs and figures its the same person.

The targeted ads are what creep me out. I get ads for stuff that my wife has Googled even though my location services are turned off. Pretty sure it's because we use the same wifi network

The most random moment was my girl taking about craving mozzarella sticks from a pool she used to go to as a child (they were beer battered). Later that even she is going through the the self-checkout and it printed off 15% off coupons for 30 count bags of mozzarella sticks.






She said she got chills from it and explained it to the checkout attendant and the woman said it happens all the time. You can just randomly say chite your hungry for and the phone will pick it up and coupons will be themed for you when you check out SRS

I just got my galaxy s21, but likely will be going with iphone next year due to privacy reasons. I know apple is spying too, but at least they go to war with others for collecting data like ******** and such. Apple is going to have a opt out of data collections on ******** and other social media soon.. tears will fall from those fukers faces.

could you imagine the battery life gains if phones stopped using the microphones to record our conversations.. you mention broken refrigerator, new tv, etc etc and you get ads for them very shortly after..
