Personally I was still eating inside of restaurants as late as November. Never caught covid.

Honestly I'm in disbelief at all the people who are in 20s / 30s who saying they lost their smell or whatever. Were they going to swinger events? Or they got a chit immune system?

Maybe because I was reading misc. But I always thought the empirical number of people surviving Covid was like 99.9997% (if they're younger than 60). When you include hospital cases then it goes down to 95% or whatever was.

Literally you have things like Alberta government, which is 4 million people or whatever, saying fewer than 50 under 40 years old died of it? Probably more died of allergies lol.

srs, in mid-20's, perfectly healthy and definitely lost smell and taste for about 10 days. Had cold-like symptoms for a couple days, but I've definitely had worse from seasonal allergies + asthma. Probably got it from gym or worksite since I consult at client sites with anywhere from 10 to 200 people present.

I just know whenever Illinois follows suit Chicago is gonna say fuk u and keep mandating masks.

Age is one factor because your immune system becomes worse as you age as well as everything else. Biggest factor is obesity. 80% of the country is morbidly obese with the oldest boomers being the fattest group. If you took these peoples fat pills away for a few days they would die of heart attacks. Its no suprise that a mild respiratory is enough to put them over the edge.
