Starting taking collagen a few weeks ago. Got a tub or two from costco. I want to say my skins looks better. But, honestly no idea if it's just placebo or what...

Whey ****s my stomach up so I was using plant based powders but i later found out they have the highest level of heavy metals from the soil the plants grow and then making it concentrated.
