Just woke up, I drank too much wine and passed out
Now I'll drink some more wine with linguine alfredo and shrimp, probably won't be able to go to sleep until like 1:30 again.

Hahaha thanks man! Some really good stuff my friend brought over one day, Malbec from Argentina. He brought some beers over but the case is kaput now, so this bottle is all I have left. It's less than $10 at Aldi and it's super smooth.
I don't drink white wine

Ya I might lift today depending on how I feel later (been sick). Mostly DB work, ohp, bent over rows I might use BB, floor press, diamond pushups, regular pushups, not sure what I want to do for legs, probably just high rep squats with DB’s, curls for the girls of course, DB tricep extensions, DB pullovers, some kind of calf work. Pay a bill I have to go to the bank for... I might shovel the driveway/walkways but it’s not too bad, might leave it. Do some spiritual studying in God’s word, gonna watch Point Break later (the original one). That’s about it.

I love the way these work triceps! My last supersets, not today, but the days I do tricep push downs, I go very slow and controlled. Weight feels a lot heavier and very form-focused, so I like that.
I was thinking of switching from a barbell to just dumbbells for my bench press later this week but we’ll see. Just like to switch it up sometimes, here and there.

It’s not snowing here in TN, but it looks disgusting outside haha. No ice on the road either but we’ll be in the high 30s for pretty much the rest of the week.

On a different note, the layers of oil I paint take about four days to dry, so I can’t even paint every day, otherwise I’ll just muddy up the color scheme. I want to sometimes, other times I don’t. Might add some more to this canvas today
