Kind of doubt, but good for you if true.
I wouldn't believe it either I think. That first target has a sick group. Two were pulls iirc.

But I get about 1 moa all day at 100 yards.

Looking for reloading stuff is probably the most depressing of all. I don’t want to reload bulk quantities at all, but not being able to find anything at any price just sucks. I built a cheap .223 bolt action for messing around and I can’t get a solid supply of 77gr bullets.

I really think people underestimate the 762x39. Maybe im just dick hard about 762x39 because im so used to 223 and i've been dumping way too much money into AKs, (Biden threatening import ban made me buy a few AKs that i've been sitting on) but i'm in the same boat as you. ALG trigger on an import though. Chrome lined barrels on the new Zastavas are awesome and very consistent. Barnaul, Wolf milspec and GT are my go-tos. I have 300rds of this brass AK that I haven't even shot yet, too. Will report back when i decide to.

Also, do you have a silencer for your AK? K-var is restocking brown bear subs pretty often. grabbed 2k rounds a few months ago and they cycle with 0 issues so far. Poor mans .300 subsonic ammo right there. **** paying almost $2cpr for .300 subs

7.62x39 is just fine for Russian peasants to go to war with it’s just generally accepted as 4-6 moa out of an AK (which is fine for its intended purpose) Don’t think I’ve ever heard of anyone making “match” 7.62x39 ammo.

I’ve definitely never heard of a sub moa AK.

Unless you are shooting a 7.62 AR then I dunno lol never researched accuracy capabilities of a 7.62 commie AR

Wanted to see if a trigger alone could improve my groups of 7.62x39, Wolf green box and Golden Tiger FMJBT. Previously I was getting about 1 moa @ 100 yards and 3 moa @ 200 (1 inch and 6 inch spread). With the new LaRue trigger, groups were tighter at 200 yards, nearly 1 moa for some groups. Crazy accuracy from shiit steel ammo and a cheap barrel at my novice skill level. Because I wasn't used to such a light trigger, I did pull many shots. You can see a few in the pics below.

Overall super impressed with this trigger. Talk about bang for your buck.

bc you asked.....

how do we know this wasn't a group from 3 ft away? We're on to you.

It was an AR chambered for x39. I don't own an AK.

Those were my best groups that day. I've had really good accuracy from the Golden Tiger boat tail rounds. Who knows, it could have been an anomaly and I'll never get groups like that again.

Good video on it, bit old at this point, but AK can be accurate, just generally not as accurate.

You can almost get into binos for $6k.

TNVC is great but has a long waitlist. Check out JRH Enterprises.

For IR unit, the DBAL D2, DBAL 9007, or MAWL ($$$) are what you want. With binos, you can also passively aim with a red dot like an Aimpoint T2 or M4, but even the cheaper optics like Sig's Romeo 5 and the Holo (403?) have NV settings.

Those housings blow. You want BNVD, RNVG, DTNVS, etc. RNVGs are the most rugged out there...BNVDs probably have the best features.
