Thatโ€™s why if I ever skydived I would take a pogo stick with me
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.

Instructor's name Nick Esposito. Kind of ironic to have a name so close to despacito and die hitting the ground at terminal velocity

Depends how you look at the statistics of flying. Of course there are a million confounders To these stats.

Death per billion passenger hours
Air 30.8
Car 130

Death per billion passenger Km
Air 0.05
Car 3.1

Death per billion passenger journeys
Air 117

Everyone on the plane dying drives the bolded number up.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.

At least she died doing what she loved, which was hitting the ground at 180+ miles per hour.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Donโ€™t go tandem then

Iโ€™ve only done ~350 skydives but not a single one had me strapped to another person.

Human error is responsible for 9 of the 12 skydiving deaths in the US every year

Sad. It's almost like a scene from Final Destination.

By the way, does anyone remember this couple that had sex while sky diving? That must have been a weird experience.

Did 3 normal dives / 1 HALO dive and I can say without a doubt, that would be scary as fuk before you died.

Still worth doing it

Yeah, you have just enough time to realize what's happening and what is going to happen and really start thinking. I guess you can just hope to be one of those rare cases of people who have somehow survived. Something about a WWII paratrooper who's parachute failed, didnt' open at all, and he hit the ground, and got right up and started shooting at the enemy. I guess he said the scary part was that it took a long time for the rest of his team to land and give him fire support.

well I guess calling it a "bucket list" item means she checked it off before she hit the ground, so theres that.

RIP

but I still dont get the concept of jumping out of perfectly good airplanes.
