Intermittent Fasting & Cutting

I'm planning a cut and I was wondering how intermittent fasting has worked for you boyos? I can't imagine your body processes all of that protein in one meal (150g+) so how do you do it? 2-3 meals within your window?

IF is by far the easiest way to get lean IMO.

I have three meals, first at around 3-4 pm, second at 9 pm and third at 10 pm. Go to bed full as fuk.

this

same goes for me. i prefer eating 2-3 huge meals within a short timeframe and be done with it.

now there's nothing special about IF, no benefits over a simple caloric restriction in terms of total weight/Fat loss

Start out with 16/8 then move to 20/4 once you adjust.

Figure your caloric/macro needs and be strict about it.

If you do it correctly it will work. Also look into PSMF or eat nothing but protein/fat all day and get all your carbs in 1 meal or within a 2-3 hour window.

yeah bro, our ancestors were all worrying about some reflux when eating at certain times during the day and avoiding breakfast.

Just stop eating at 12am. BOOM, intermittent fasting.
Me, I'm on that hungry skeleton time. 6 day fasts refeed every Thursday. Good weightloss, but I dunno if it's muscle sparing.
Once I hit my goal weight I'll do IF forever. Not eating at least 6 hours before bedtime makes a huge difference in your sleep quality

IF is good because it let's you be full while cutting.

Ill usually have 2 meals a day and a snack in between

First meal will be around 800-1000 cals and then my dinner will be 1000-1500 cals. Let's me have fun with my food and I'm not stuck eating tuna and rice 6 times a day.

You'd also be shocked at how far 1000 cals goes eating clean. I made an omelette and used those spud light potatos that have 30% less carbs and it was like over a kilo of food and couldn't finish it

I havve 3 x 500-600 cal meals + 1 x 200-300 cal snack around my workout when cutting with protein spread evenly across all meals.

Usually 8am, 12pm, 4pm and 6pm so pretty much 14:10 IF which works for me because I don't like huge servings of things and fatty food makes me want to throw up so my food usually has more protein from lean sources and fiber from fruit and vegetables.

Kind of like when I was a kid and had breakfast lunch, afternoon snack and dinner.
